I am DESPERATE to find replacement bed rails for my beautiful, iron Universal bed. We moved and our movers lost the bed rails to our bed. Is it possible to order replacement rails for the full sized, Curated, iron bed? I can send pictures if needed. The bed has a special bracket and I cannot find any generic rails to fit and therefore beautiful bed is useless. Please help!!!

Outlet not working

Hello, one of the outlets in one of my 2 new night stands part # 581355 does not work. When you plug something into it, it feels and moves around a little. It isn't a snug fit like the others. How can I get a replacement electrical kit for this nightstand?

Very unhappy with my chair and the response from the Universal rep and the store owner who sold me the chair.

The leather is pulling apart on the arms where it is nailed, the foam is coming out and the leather is wearing off. I was not told this chair is made of bonded leather, I was told it is leather. I was clearly sold an inferior product and my complaints have been denied and rejected. The Universal furniture rep said the condition of my chair is normal wear! I think a chair should last more than 15 months without coming apart. I expect more after paying $1,000+ on the chair.

Ordered a bedroom set 11 months ago, 2 pieces were received and our king size bed has not showed up, we have been lied to on numerous occasions, and cannot get an answer as to when it will show up, manager was suppose to call and never did.

Worst furniture I ever bought. Was supposed to get new tops for dresser and night stand but furniture store went out of business. The wood warps, would never buy again. Drawers won't come out unless the tracks are broken. Wood in between drawers also warped.

Horrible experience with this company. Finally giving up trying to get my furniture fixed which was ordered in May 2019. Headboard delivered broken and they tried to glue it. Nightstand had lacquer spills and a broken drawer. Replacement is what I've been trying to get fixed for over 6 months. Other pieces had unfinished areas that ended up being filled in by a BLACK sharpie. Footboard that I didn't complain about was also not finished properly. Every time I had an issue, I was asked to send pictures. I did this for most, but with the non-finished part it doesn't show up in pictures. After weeks of back and forth they finally sent a rep to verify that the nightstand wasn't properly finished. They then said they'd either bring someone to finish it or send new. After another couple of months they finally said they'd replace it. Again another 2 months have elapsed. I spent ~$6K for a brand new bedroom set and some of the worst customer experience ever. Potential customers...please consider other companies.

Never accept from the delivery broken or damaged in the future. Because if you do then they drag their feet on replacements or repairs. Send it back with the driver.

I am not a pissed consumer! Although I may be an impatient, dumb consumer. I purchased your Aunt Peggy's Nine Drawer Dresser from the Paula Deen collection a few years ago. I really wanted the oatmeal finish. It would have been a special order, taking up to 6 weeks. So I settled for the darker finish that was in stock (impatient, dumb). I have regretted it every day ever since. So much so, I actually decided to purchase a new one. Alas, it's discontinued. Would you possibly have just one oatmeal finish Aunt Peggy's Nine Drawer Dresser somewhere in a warehouse closet?? I, of course, know the answer to my question, but had to give it a shot. Thanks for any help or advise (be more patient, I know) you can give me. The dresser is great by the way. Just the wrong stinkin' color.t Peggy's Barbara Moore
